Engineered flooring is very durable to moisture, it has a great selling feature, and it looks great with great options to chose from.
Vinyl flooring is a great option for projects with a less flexible budget. It is durable to moisture and the client has a lot of colour choices. Moreover, it doesn’t show scratches. We recommend vinyl floors for basements with high moisture levels, offices, and any other room where there is a high chance for scratching from pets and playing kids.
The laminated flooring is a great option for projects with lower budgets. It looks great and it is resistant to scratches. However, laminated flooring is not best for moisture. Therefore laminated flooring is best recommended for dry basements, bedrooms, and other areas with lower moisture levels.
