Bekim and his crew were courteous, professional, accommodating and always on time!! We had a good idea of how we wanted our bathroom, Bekim worked with those ideas and made them better. His prices were well within our budget. Our other estimates were considerably higher. We upgraded some of the hardware and were still better off! Since finishing our reno we have spoken to another neighbour who was also very happy with the work Bekim did for him. His crew finished within the time frame given and they always cleaned up after each day’s work!

Well Done Renovations did an amazing job on our two story home renovation. We did the entire flooring both hardwood and tiles, 4 bathrooms, kitchen cabinets/counter, pot lights and the entire basement including laundry. I was very anxious as this was a large renovation project for us, but the finished product looks amazing. Bekim and his team were very professional and any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The site was kept clean and the project completed on schedule. Bekim was also great in helping us choose the design and materials required and providing idea’s for the basement layout. Communication was excellent. The Well Done Renovations crew was courteous, professional, punctual, and they worked from 8 AM to 5 PM every day until the job was completed. The crew was respectful of our property, cleaned up at the end of every day, and we felt secure when they worked in our home when we were away. Bekim was in constant communication about the daily job progress and next steps, and the job was completed in the quoted time.. Our recent en suite bathroom reno was our second job we entrusted to Bekim, after our kitchen renovation earlier this year. With his extensive experience he occasionally made suggestions on design and function, and also for potential cost savings. It was a pleasure to work with Bekim and his crew, and we certainly recommend him for any home renovation. We look forward to having Bekim do another renovation for us in the near future.

Well Done Renovations did an outstanding job on our two bathrooms. This is the first big renovation project we have done and was so nervous as you hear so many horror stories. But from the moment we first met Bekim he put our mind at ease and the whole experience was amazing. Bekim was always on top of everything, from assisting with choosing products to having the work completed, he was always available and involved. He provided daily updates as to what was happening next and both bathrooms were completed on time. The whole team was very professional and hardworking. They take a lot of pride in their work and wanted to ensure you were happy. At the end of every day, you would find them cleaning up after themselves which shocked me and would leave our house clean. Bekim and his team were amazing to work with! We completely redid our bathroom (pulled up the floor, re-tiled, new bath, new drywall, new shower tiles, everything) and Bekim and his team were efficient and did an excellent job. We are thoroughly happy with the final result! Bekim was easy to work with, communicated throughout every step of the process, and him and his team were very kind.
